OVERNIGHT OAT PARFAIT


Prepare your overnight oats. In a small tupperware mix together 1/4 C rolled oats, 1/4C oat bran, 1T chia seeds, cinnamon, 1/2C vanilla almond milk (or any kind of milk), and 1/2C water. Chill in the fridge overnight. Plus nut butter
