- 1 c. oats
- 1 c. almond milk
- 1 c. light coconut milk (get the kind in the can for a stronger coconut flavor)
- 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
- *Optional: 1 Tablespoon maple syrup for added sweetness
- 1 banana, mashed
- Coconut flakes or chips
- Chopped almonds
- Cocoa nibs or dark chocolate chips
- Banana slices
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine first five ingredients (plus maple syrup if using) in a bowl and mix until combined.
- Pour into two mason jars or containers with tight fitting lids.
- Let sit overnight, or at least for a few hours.
- When ready to eat, top with banana slices, coconut flakes, chopped almonds and cocoa nibs/chocolate chips.
- Grab and spoon and enjoy
