- 2 shots strong espresso, or ¼ cup strong brewed coffee
- 2-3 dried pitted dates
- ½ banana, cut into coins and frozen
- 2-3 tbs. rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I used Raw Fusion Rich Chocolate)
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 3-4 ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a high speed blender, add dates and frozen banana.
- Pour espresso (coffee) over dates and banana.
- Add rolled oats and cashew milk.
- Add scoop of protein powder and chia seeds.
- Top off with ice and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy!!
