MOCHA COOKIE PROTEIN SHAKE

  • 2 shots strong espresso, or ¼ cup strong brewed coffee
  • 2-3 dried pitted dates
  • ½ banana, cut into coins and frozen
  • 2-3 tbs. rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I used Raw Fusion Rich Chocolate)
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • Powered by Chicory
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a high speed blender, add dates and frozen banana.
  2. Pour espresso (coffee) over dates and banana.
  3. Add rolled oats and cashew milk.
  4. Add scoop of protein powder and chia seeds.
  5. Top off with ice and blend until smooth.
  6. Enjoy!!
