3- 4 ripe bananas
1/3 c butter melted
3/4 c sugar
1 egg beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 c flour
pinch salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Oven 350. Grease loaf pan
Mix butter into marshed bananas
Mix sugar egg vanilla in.
Add salt cinnamon baking soda
Add flour, until combined
Pour in pan. Bake 1 hour or until knife clean.

Banana Bread 2
Buttermilk buscuits
2 c fkour
2 c wheat flour
8 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 sticks butter
1 1/4 c butter milk
Preheat oven 400
Mix dry ingredients
Add butter in chunks, mix with hands until soft and crumbly
Add milk, mix with hands until soft dough foms
Roll until 1/2 - 1 inch thick
Cut dough
Bake 18 min

1 c. Oats
1/2 c peanut butter/ nut butter
1/3 c honey
1/2 c chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 flaxseed
Can add fruit, nuts, chia seed.

Chili Mac
1 lb ground meat
1 small onion
16 oz macaroni
1 can tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatos
2 Tbsp. Chili powder
1 Tbsp. Cumin
1/4 tsp. Garlic salt
1/2 shredded cheese
Cook macaroni. Brow meat, with onion. Add everything.
Chana Masala In Slow Cooker
4 c. Water
1 Large Onion
28 oz can of diced tomato
6 oz tomato paste
1/3 cilantro leaves
2 tsp. Garam masala
2 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Cumin
1tsp tumeric
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp. coriander
1 tsp salt
30 oz garbanzo beans
Rice
Combine everything except chickpeas, cook 6-8 hours low. Add chickpeas cook another 2 hours.
If dried, use 1 lb bag, cook first.
2 cups dried
6 c water
Salt
Rinse first, add all in. Cook 2-3 hr high. Drain and rinse well.
