4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp balsamic
1 tsp dijon salt pep

2 cans tuna
4 celery or 1/2 cucumber
1/2 pint tomatoes
2 tbs oil
1 tbs mustard
salt pepper
avocado

Italian egg salad 
6 eggs
2 celery
pickles, artichoke hearts, roasted red pepper
dijon, pepper, salt 

Corn salad
Corn
2 Bell pepper
cilantro
avocado
2 tbsp oil
2 limes
1 tsbp red wine vinegar
sprinkle of cumin
salt, pepper



Falafel salad 
 Romaine lettuce
1/2 tomatos
red pepper
avocado
feta
garbanzo 1 can
1/2 onion
1 c parsley
1 c cilantro
3 tsp cumin
garlic
1 tsp chia seeds
Green goddess dressing
1/2 avocado
5 tbsp oil
10 basil
1 lemon
1 tsp anchovy paste
1 handul chives
salt pepper

Cucumber yogurt
1 c greek yogurt
1 cucumber
dill
1 tsp mint
1 tsp lemon juice
garlic
salt pep

Cobb wedge salad
iceberg lettuce
1 tomato
1 cucumber
4 bacon
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 avocado
cheese
chicken
green goddess dressing

italian salad

slices of deli meat/chunks of meat

Cabbage slaw salad

1/2 head cabbage

Split pea and carrot soup
